My friend had an unpleasant experience with his office. Dr O'Keefe actually sent my friend a letter saying that he could not provide service to her because she was agitated to his staff. Actually his staff was very agitated to her. His staff is a real egomanic. It is either her way or no way. My friend basically reminded her that she is not providing a service for free and should show more respect to clients. My friend wrote the doctor back saying that he did not discussed the matter with my friend and based only on his staff's opinion. How does he know that it is not one-sided? My friend did not intend to go through with the appointment after talking to that staff. Basically she does not trust the doctor enough for her eye surgery. My friend is a very caring person and she is an entreprenuer. Obvious she would rather speak up instead of saying " Yes, mamn, thank you mamn" without being real about it. If you need eye surgery. Take the time to find a doctor who is understanding and caring.
