Best doctor in Saskatchewan . nurses and receptionist are very friendly . Place very clean

Unlike other reviewers, I found the staff to be very nice. I’ve called a couple of times since my first appointment - with questions, and have always been greeted in a professional manner. Dr. O’Keeffe took the time to explain, and to listen. The Alberta Retina Clinic in Edmonton is no different - busy places, lots of people to serve. As a matter of fact, referral was from Edmonton to Dr. O’Keeffe. I have double cataract surgery booked mid December. I’m putting my sight in this doctors hands.

Certainly has a long wait time

Had a horrible experience with the technician - she was very abrupt and unfriendly, which I could live with as they are providing a service; however she swore at me - when I told her it was highly unprofessional she completely flipped out, following me out to the reception area, ranting and raving before dismissing me. I came to the office for medical help, however, left feeling like less than nothing for standing up for my right to professional medical services. Don't waste your time here.

Amazing!

I was having headaches, blurred vision and double vision. I went to three doctors in Lloydminster who basically made me feel like a drug seeker. Finally I was admitted to hospital and sent to the kind Doctor! Dr. O'keefe properly diagnosed me and has treated me ever since with inter cranial pressure! Without him a just might have been blind! Only a fool would not want his services !
