A tandoor is a cylindrical clay oven fired by hardwood charcoal which heats the side also, thus enabling Indian breads to be cooked on the inside walls and skewered meats to be barbecued at the same time by our experienced tandoori chef. Literally rose plums, this sweet takes its name from its dark colour and its flavour. It is sometimes laced with 'attar' (essence) of roses. The balls of thickened milk with spicy flavours is fried a deep brown and served in syrup.
Authentic northern indian cuisine. Chicken Vindaloo was excellent. prices a little steep, but quality was excellent. clean, polite friendly...i will definately return
