Best buffet in Ontario. We have always dined at this location. Management listens and are very attentive to customer needs. It is always clean, has excellent service, friendly atmosphere, fresh foods, great desserts, hot and sour soup best we have ever had, replenished items often, very affordable, grilled meats, sushi very good, calories per serving displayed on each item, great location, easy to get to and never so crowded you do not want to enter. Never one regret dining here.

I took a date there for date night. A nice, large booth was offered to us, very romantic and appealing.
The food was great in my opinion. Portions were very generous, and the flavour was more of a Canadianized Italian than authentic style. We both enjoyed or meal and the real treat came at dessert with the Chocolate Pizza - amazing and worth going again so I can introduce another to this delicacy.
The wine list was surprisingly diverse, a welcome treat. Our server treated us well. Based on my experience I would return to try it out again.

We started our visit via the internet to get a feel for the restaurant. We were curious to see the prices and any other information we could gather. We found the website to be user friendly and included day and evening menus with prices.
We called to inquire about reservations and the hostess that answered was friendly and well informed.
Upon our arrival we were greeted by the same hostess that answered the phone and accommodated us with the window seat that we had asked for. Walking in the atmosphere was warm and inviting with an amazing view of the Niagara Falls.
Our waitress was pleasant and professional in all aspects of her job. She frequently stopped by to talk with us and ensure that our visit was a pleasant one. Her attention to us did not waiver even as the restaurant got busier.
The food was fresh and exceeded all our expectations, right down to the butter. The steaks were prepared exactly the way we ordered them and the baked potato was superb.
Overall this restaurant was outstanding, dinner was delicious, view was exquisite, service was amazing and we had a wonderful time. We would highly recommend this restaurant for a special occasion or just an amazing night out.

I had the scallops which had pistachios crusted on the top in a lovely salad. They were wonderful! The restaurant inside was very warm so we ate on the patio and I felt like I was eating on the edge of a jungle. It was wonderful. They decanted our wine and we were treated well. I wasnt able ro visit the location in person, however the correspondence over the phone and courtesy was amicable for a four star rating on atmosphere. I didnt feel rushed even though I had many questions before and while placing my order and hope to bring my family into the restaurant to dine next time so we can honestly give five stars all across the board.

I have lived in Welland for over 30 years and have never eaten here until they mentioned "Buffalo Chicken Burger" on their advertising sign out front. So we decided to stop in and try it, I must say, it is a great burger and possibly the best in the entire Niagara Region, it is reasonably priced with perfect golden fries but no one else makes a Buffalo Chicken Burger like Cheers does. Every one of the staff members were very courteous and attentive. My daughter had her newborn son strapped to her chest in a wrap and many staff members stopped by to see our 6 week old grandson. The manager on duty even stopped to ask how everything was. The food and service was wonderful. The food never fails to please. We also ordered takeout recently with chicken parm meal for 4. We were able to feed 5 adults and still have some leftovers for lunch. Excellent value!
