I have lived in Welland for over 30 years and have never eaten here until they mentioned "Buffalo Chicken Burger" on their advertising sign out front. So we decided to stop in and try it, I must say, it is a great burger and possibly the best in the entire Niagara Region, it is reasonably priced with perfect golden fries but no one else makes a Buffalo Chicken Burger like Cheers does. The staff in Cheers were great and we will be going back.

Every one of the staff members were very courteous and attentive. My daughter had her newborn son strapped to her chest in a wrap and many staff members stopped by to see our 6 week old grandson. The manager on duty even stopped to ask how everything was. The food and service was wonderful. The food never fails to please. We also ordered takeout recently with chicken parm meal for 4. We were able to feed 5 adults and still have some leftovers for lunch. Excellent value!

I actually went to a different place first.....Smiling Fish Co. and because of such terrible customer service I decided to come to Joey's and I am so happy I did. The girl said Hi to me the min I walked in the door. I told her I was ordering for take out and she made some suggestions and took my order. I didn't have to wait that long and while waiting I was really impressed with the service they offer their patrons. When my order was ready the lady asked if I got my Christmas gift...I got a break open discount card for Jan. The food was really yummy and exactly what I was looking for. I will be returning to use my discount card in Jan and I am happy the other place didn't want my business!

Best buffet in Ontario. We have always dined at this location. Management listens and are very attentive to customer needs. It is always clean, has excellent service, friendly atmosphere, fresh foods, great desserts, hot and sour soup best we have ever had, replenished items often, very affordable, grilled meats, sushi very good, calories per serving displayed on each item, great location, easy to get to and never so crowded you do not want to enter.
