Highlands Towing went over and above the call of duty this past weekend. Dan was very punctual and professional when he came to open my van for me. He took care in making sure he did not mark the vehicle. Still unable to locate the keys but he was fast to problem solve how to get a spare key from Caledon to Minden in the same day. This was a welcome outcome for my husband who did not have to drive three hours to get the key to me. We like to personally thank them for their helping hands. Read more

I was stuck, down a very hilly road to the cottage in snow. I thought, that I would be fine, as I was driving an all wheel drive x5. Turns out I was wrong. The damn SUV couldn't get up a small grade, let alone a steep one. When (I believe his name was Daniel ) showed up, I thought for sure that he wouldn't want / attempt / or try, to get me out of this mess. But he did !!! MANY TRIES LATER !!
