Viv is a fabulas,passionate and a deadicated care giver to my 4 pooches. They were well cared for,well nourished, walked and entertained while I was away for university reunuion in NYC. The dogs thrived and actually looked for her for few days after she left. Her in house overnight prices are competative with all inclusive rates for special diet meals,meds or grooming. The Hound Lounge has been a life saver for us and our wild puppy Wally! She always has an amazing time and comes home exhausted from a full day fun with her friends. She can be very energetic and unfortunately she tore her pad from running around the first time she there. After speaking with the team they were very responsive and have since always assured me they will be on top of her and help her to calm down when she gets a wee bit wild. she has never had a that problem again!
