He spent a lot of time troubleshooting the drive to try to make it operational for me. In the process, he gave me a tutorial on Windows updates, computer drivers, and general computer components and operation. His explanations were clear and concise, and I left feeling more confident about managing my laptop. Ask for him if you need the tech department at London Drugs! Read more
