I have rented an apartment with this agency. First of all it requires a lease agreement. So you gotta be careful about the quality of the place. Second my neighbours upstairs absolutely have no job and they are home 24/7. There is no soundproofing whatsoever when they walk you hear elephant stomping. You cant move out so be careful.
Hi, Sorry to hear your neighbour was noisy. If you still live in the building let us know so we can look after it for you. Also our leases are not like most where you are locked in for 1 year, you could move out anytime! The shorter you stay the higher the re-rental fee would be, but the maximum is only $200 in the 1st 3 months.
