I had purchased 5 major appliances from Economax back in Nov 2020. I was told that everything would be in stock for my move date at the end of Dec 2020.I am currently still without a fridge. It's now 6 months and they refuse to offer any kind of compensation or even a loaner fridge for the interim. The replacement fridges they offered were not the measurements I required. It is impossible to get in touch with anyone! Horrible customer service, save your money and go elsewhere!

Male Employee was very rude wouldn’t finish a conversation about an order told me to cancel and walked away. We made a over a $2000 order with no replies to any phone calls or messages as to the status of our order. Seen a review similar to our situation and Mr Jocelyn would not even speak to me after he walked away and proceeded to pretend to tend to the only other customer in the empty building.

decu l employer a la caisse ma mal informer sur ma livraison j ai du allé le chercher moi meme de plus il manquais un banc et le jeune homme voulais me donner un demo de plancher au meme prix wow a la place j ai du attendre deux jour de plus cause erreur que jai vu heureusement tout c est déplacement de st jean sur richelieu mais le gérant n accorde et n offre pas aucun dédomagement le vendeur rien a dire tres aimable et soucieux de son client je devrais me dépasser malgré une horaire chargée
