I would give ZERO, but I can’t. They say anything to get the sale and then they never have any after sale support, and say what you paid for was not included. They lie. Don’t waste your time and money. Don’t shop here.
By far the worst shopping experience. 1. waiting 2 months for my purchase 2. delivery date was confirmed wrong by customer service 3. delivery job was not professional, installation was pathetic we had to re do everything ourselves 4. got yelled at by associated named Bianca. Ignored me and tried to bully me out of the store 5. manager slammed door in my face refusing to help with any issue. I have never experience any customer service like this - beyond pathetic.
Worst transaction ever. They were supposed to deliver the items tomorrow and no news at all from the store. I contacted internet customer service this evening and I wasted 30 minutes of my precious time waiting and chating with an incompetent man who knew nothing about my order. He just told me: I know nothing about your purchase. Youd better call the store. I have bought more than 4 000 dollars of merchandise and they showed me the finger. What a bunch of unscrupulous merchants!
J’étais supposé recevoir mon réfrigérateur il y a déjà un mois et je ne l’ai toujours pas. Ils ont cancellé ma livraison sans m’avertir, car le réfrigérateur était endommagé. C’est moi qui les a appelé pour savoir quand mon réfrigérateur allait arrivé (le jour même de la livraison) que j’ai appris qu’il n’arriverait pas. Aujourd’hui je suis supposé recevoir mon réfrigérateur et je n’ai eu aucun appel hier soir pour avoir une plage horaire. Bien hâte de voir si je vais avoir mon frigo un jour!

Horrible services! They dont care after they have your money! They dont deliver on time /they cant even give you an idea of the delivery time! Very bad experience!
Where do i start, RUDE, ARROGANT, INCOMPETENT, and experience of the worst kind from salesmen to management these people do not deserve your money service after you bought something is enough to drive anyone insane i don’t know if all brick stores are the same but the kirkland one is simply the worst furniture store i’ve ever seen and i’ve been to many over the years, STAY AWAY FROM THERE!!! if you like complicated then by all means go
Stay clear from The Brick. DO NOT buy from this awful store. They are happy to take your money but when you need after service, they threat you like you do not matter and will not help you. I even called head office, no call back. Three months after receiving my fridge, I noticed something weird with one of the doors, it was clearly a manufacturer’s defect. The Brick did not want to help me, they did nothing. I am stuck with a fridge that I hate looking at everyday. NEVER BUY FROM THEM!!!!
Une trés mauvaise experience d achat de sofas chez brick kirkland, j etais surpris de voir mes sofas se deteriorés en aprés 01 an d etulisation, fissures et decollage des couleurs jamais vu cela de ma vie on ma vendu des sofas fait par une matiere morte perimé, le probleme est que les responsable mon envoyé balladé on peux rien faire poiur toi tu na pas garantie prolongé comme une tv ou un electroménagé avez vous trouvé trouvé un meuble qui se brise en un an sauf chez brick kirkland.
I'd like to share a very negative experience we encountered with The Brick in kirkland. After waiting over a week, they delivered the wrong box spring to us and are refusing to deliver the right one to us until some time next week. My wife and I are in our 50's so sleeping on the floor was not ideal. We decided to ask for our money back and even though we don't have the goods, we are told we will have to wait to get a refund because of they say the invoice is still open "whatever that means".
Meuble bas de game ! Service des plus pathétique .. Y'a peronne de concencieux dans cette environnement ! CHOSE A NE PAS FAIRE .. Prendre une garantie prolonger car il sont tellement perdu qui rejetterons la faute sur vous toujours en se lavant les mains et en coyant bien agis ! Pour moi sa s' appel de l'abus de pouvoir .. Et je vais m'abstenir de donner des noms ici parce que moi j'ai des principes .. Voila ma cote est a -100 non recommandable ..
Comme tout les autres Brick. Bonne selection, bon service. Mais trop de maudite garanties prolongees.!
