They sold me the wrong part on the weekend, so I went back to exchange it, ready to pay more. The manager angrily refused what any other commerce would consider a routine exchange. They got their few bucks from me. I'll get the parts I need elsewhere.
Very poor customer service. I was misinformed regarding a $7 battery charger. A more competent person suggested one at $30 but the Manager flat out said NO when I asked to exchange it for the more expensive one. He lost a good customer and yes, I am putting it out there for all to read.
