Very upset. My wife brought our car in as the battery light came on, they diagnosed the alternator and replaced it. We had a small leak from an old tube attached to the coolant reservoir and she asked to change this too. She was told the reservoir cap was the issue. I phoned the mechanic and told him I put a new reservoir last summer, don't change it. He said "okay" but when my wife arrived home we were charged a new reservoir, cap and coolant. Didn't change the tube. Took advantage of my wife.

I had the pleasure of meeting the owners about 8 years ago. Since then I have not gone to another mechanic. They immediately eliminated my anxieties of repair costs and service. I am very pleased with the service I have received on my BMW, since December 2014. This is a family business, they are very respectful and I have a lot of confidence in the staff. They are efficient in diagnosing the problem and try the best they can, to keep the cost down. They are reliable, reasonable with pricing, and as a regular customer, many times I was given a break.
