I called and Tony advised me he would be at my home within 2 hrs, he was. My oven door would not open after I utilized the self-cleaning. He corrected the problem, His customer service skills were excellent, his price was very reasonable. I will definitely use him in the future if I encounter any problems. He was very professional.
First time I called this company for repairs. I���m very pleased with the prompt and professional service. Tony is a very honest and nice person! He ordered the necessary parts and fixed my washing machine all in a reasonable amount of time. He also gave tips on how to clean my washer properly.

Service is okay but did not tell how much you have to pay before open the applicable. After opening the appliance then tell you the price so you have no choice and had to have him fixing otherwise you have to pay the labor and closing charge

My washer stopped working with a load of wet clothes in it. I called Tony who gave me simple instructions to try before he made the trip to Belle River. I did this but had to call him back to tell him the machine still would not work. This lovely kind man came from Windsor within the hour and fixed my machine for a very reasonable price considering all the work he put in it. He is a real pleasure to work with. Wonderful man wonderful service. Very very happy.I would highly recommend!
He quoted me $65 over the phone. He asked where I lived and I told him Amherstburg. He didn't say anything about it being out of his way or too far for him. When he came out to take a look, he said he couldn't find anything wrong with it and not to call him if it 'sometimes works, sometimes doesn't because it's too far'. Then he charged me $100. With no explanation as to why the price went up when he didn't do anything to fix my dryer. Out $100 and a broken dryer still. Had to buy a new one.
