I'm not usually one to write a negative review but I believe the service I received warrants it. I had a problem with the electric door lock on my gas stove and it should've been one that any experience repairmen should've been able to easily fix. To prove my point after he left it took me about 40 minutes the following evening to identify the problem myself with no purchased parts. He tried to tell me that I may need a new motherboard in the back of the stove when the problem was with the door lock motor and simply bypassing the switch on the motor prove this.
