Our family has been trusting Ken for over 20 years to handle all of our pest control needs. He has always provided great service and backed up any guarantees with a prompt re-visit so that our (arachnophobic) matriarch can rest easy. He has shown up on very short notice for code-red emergencies (spider, not fire but you would never know the difference with all the hysterical screaming) and he has continued to offer very reasonable pricing over the years. In a nutshell, if mama's happy, 'errrbody happy! Thanks Ken for keeping this family smiling :)

They never showed up. I sat around for hours. They where to be here between 1 and 2 after a contract job. I called at 4 and asked if they forgot about us. The receptionis said I should have assumed since it was raining that they were not coming? How was I to assume that? How about a phone call so I didn't pay for child care while you exterminated wasps. The receptionist did not seem to care about the inconvenience of wasting my day or wasting my $. On their business card it says "family owned & operated", Maybe is was nieve for me to "assume" they treat their customers with that respect.

In Response: It had rained that day and all exterior work had to be rescheduled. By the end of the day everyone would be contacted with another appointment. When we learned of their situation our office apologized SEVERAL times during our conversation. So to say the receptionist didn't care about your inconvenience, is untrue. We offered to come there as soon as we knew of your situation and you could not have us come because you were leaving for a party. We talked to your husband in length about how and why this happened and again apologized for your time that you waited and any inconveniences. Follow Up Note: When one of our customers called and told us about this post, our office immediately called Emmy and addressed her concerns. We try to accommodate everyone every time. This time that just did not happen, and we regret Emmy's unfortunate experience with us...we care about all our customers !
