Long wait for the meal one comes out wrong
Three were cold very cold the cheese had hardened on the veal and a pogo dog was very cold .the mousse was frozen and gelto pops melting I was overcharged for a child's chicken finger dinner all because I didn't say Dino chicken but I did point to it but I called them chicaen pieces . This is not the first time I've had a bad dinner but it's the last
They have gone down hill a lot in the last few years
Oh I best part is a manager comes over to talk to me about my unsatisfied meal dressed in her flannel pajamas and tried to give me a free dessert coupon for the next time
She said to me I hear you've had some problems well here's a coupon for a free dessert next time. You said chicken fingers and that's what you're paying for.
I said no that was not the only problem here is your coupon I'm not coming back she walks away and said whatever
My rating is negative poor service and cold food and lousy aditude from. Management in her flannel.pajamas.
The soup with the clubhouse wasn't hot enough, & the salad wasn't great for a garden salad. 1 olive?, please. The sandwich was very tasty, though. Its not the way the Italians make salad.
The Pasta Primavera was tasty, but not enough veggies.
My husband and I dropped in for lunch. No one came to take our order although there were at least six servers running around. We finally flagged down someone and ordered drinks. He wasn't our server but got our drinks and finally sent our server over. My husband ordered pasta and I ordered the pizza appetizer as my meal. We got our bread after ten minutes. After waiting another 20 minutes a manager (I think - was dressed in street clothes) brought my husband's pasta, but not my pizza. He came back a few minutes later and asked my husband how his pasta was. He never inquired why I had no food in front of me. I finally called him over and asked for my food. I had noticed that a pizza had been sitting under the lights for at least 20 minutes. I asked - Is that mine? He said yes. I said I hope it isn't dried out or cold. He assured me it wouldnt be. It was! Our server finally came back after we were done eating and asked us how the meal was. She said she had been in a meeting. Who has a meeting in the middle of service? We said terrible and she said I'm sorry. That was it! We left no tip. Complained by e-mail. Received a standard letter and a coupon for $25. Haven't redeemed it and won't be back.
