Private aviators, boaters and the general public alike will soon be able to enjoy a new public space on the waterfront. The Toronto Port Authority has reached an agreement in principle with a group of private investors to repair, restore and re-open the historic Terminal A building at Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport (BBTCA). The terminal will be moved slightly east from its current spot on existing airport property towards Hanlan's Point, be restored and renovated, and then opened as a public restaurant and event space.
