I saw the last comment on the service at Thai Princess. The manager that that customer was speaking about is no longer there and since his departure, it has been wonderful service. They are a bit slow during really busy times (which is almost every time I've been there) but they always let you know how long it will take as they walk by. The food there is really worth the wait so be prepared! I would definitely recomend the restaurant as I have in the past.

Very disappointed -- I used to visit this restaurant often, and have even recommended it to others. But on this visit the service was extremely slow (and it was never fast to begin with). When others in my party complained (it took 45 minutes for us to be served at lunch, and we only had one hour) and asked to speak with the manager, the server told us the manager "did not want to speak with us." She even admitted recognizing us when we told her we visit the restaurant often! She said the manager said that if we chose not to come back, that would be okay. I have not been back and refuse to go. Although the food is great, the service is horrible, and the management's attitude is even worse.

I have gone to Thai Princess a few times with my friends and have always enjoyed the food. it is the kind of food that encourages cravings a few days later. I have primarily stuck to the red curry dishes, but my friends have also enjoyed their vegetarian and chicken dishes.

I've been to the Thai Princess many times and every time it's a pleasant experience. They're always packed during lunch hours, and sometimes at dinnertime too. The Basil chicken (ordered with the hot n' spicy soup - good) was very tasty and my usual order of Grilled Chicken (noodle dish) was very good. The food didn't take that long to arrive, the service was friendly and the food delicious. One of the best Thai places I've been to!

The best food delivery in downtown Toronto

The best food delivery in downtown Toronto

This popular King Street is known for its oh-so affordable team of lunch specials (think freshly made pad thai or peanut chicken, served with a side of rice, salad and spring roll for south of ten bucks). But it’s also an ideal downtown spot for takeout and delivery if you got Vietnamese noodles, spicy curry, or coconut soup on the mind. Don’t leave your craving too late – this spot only delivers until 9:30 pm

The signature orange cashew nut shrimp here is fantastic, as is the pad see ew (name notwithstanding), a similar dish to the beloved pad thai. Like many dishes from Thailand, pad see ew has notable Chinese and Malaysian influences, but you’ll all the Thai favourites on the menu – from lemongrass curries to sourthern Thai noodles. Delivery hours: 5:30 to 9:30 p.m., Monday to Saturday
