Worst Customer Service ever. On a few of occasions I got served old and hard meat/ way too oily patty etc. Some of the staff are friendly while some of them really need customer service training, one of them sounded quite RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL. (this staff lady just threw a straw onto the counter with a grumpy face instead of handing it over). Also, they mandate covid protocols/ vaccination proofs etc for some customers, while others just roam around inside the restaurant without a mask on/ we
