We come here from Hamilton every time we're in town visiting friends. We like the food, the service was good. Our waitress I think her name was Anita, but I could be wrong was very friendly and quick. The place is always clean, didn't have to wait for a table.
My only concern, is they should put ice in the water. I'm not really partial to warm water, but everything else was great.
I actually liked this place and constantly ordered from there but todays service absolutely horrible. Placed an order in advance for pick up and came in 5 minutes after they told me just to be safe and I still waited another 20 minutes. Finally I had to leave and asked for my money back. The manager seemed to totally indifferent. Like I mentioned, I USED to order from here once a week but not any longer .... to many other places nearby who have better service.
Simply fantastic! I've had gone there for the first time by my friend's recommendation and returned god-knows-how-many times with my family! Hands down, one of the best AND affordable places to eat great tasting food. Ditch the pita sandwiches though, a little on the soggy and messy side. Gotta keep in mind that some of their dishes such as tabouleh have been watered down to accomodate its location's white collar folks' rather mundane palate. Quick but absent-minded borderline amateurish service.
The food was good. Chicken was juicy and tasty. Falafels were fresh and amazing.
Two BIG problems though. We ordered this for takeout and there was no ketchup, tahini or other dipping sauce for the chicken fingers and fries, nor were we offered any.
In addition - there were no napkins or cutlery offered or given.
This is basic stuff people.

Fabulous, fun, fast and friendly! Took their time with the bill though, and we'd been there awhile....but we're girls, so we chatted! Great take out too, fast, hot and convenient pick-up! LOVE IT!!!!!!!!
