we take pride in being environmental, Our name and logo are an homage to the North, to the forest and trees, and to the people who try to do what they can to save the environment, its flora and fauna, and its human inhabitants. we use local suppliers and local ingredients wherever possible-there are exceptions sugar and cocoa do not grow in canda and neither do bananas or pineapples. we can limit use of non-local ingredients as much as possible by choosing flavours based on seasons and availability. We will also ensure fair trade when choosing suppliers for all ingredients, such as co-ops and farmers. Eco-friendly biodegradable packaging, re-used, even cleaning materials, energy usage and the salt on the sidewalk are earth friendly.
