I’ve always hated exercising but I joined I Love Kickboxing Thornhill a few weeks ago and can honestly say I’m really enjoying it. It’s a great full body workout and the instructors are all Amazing - so patient, encouraging and motivating .... which is exactly what I need!! The other members are also great - very welcoming and helpful ??

I Love Kickboxing has become my favourite place to be! The staff are so amazing and motivating through the whole class. The classes are always different and challenging, I always have an amazing workout! I have been doing this for almost 2 months and now I cant go a week without attending at least two classes. It is my new addiction and I a proud! Best thing I have ever spent my money on!
Keep crushing it on the mats! It's always a great time working out with you.

ILoveKickboxing, is a great environment of great instructors and an awesome facility. Instructors motivate you to meet your goals and the classes are always fun and social. Definitely recommend!

ILOVEKICKBOXING is a family, a place where you can feel respected, safe, motivated and welcome! Everyone welcomes you with open arms, supports you and pushes you to reach your goals. If it isn't the instructors it's the person beside you telling you to keep going, to push through and push yourself farther then you thought you could. It is the best workout you will ever have and with one class you will be hooked.

Before I took my first class at ILKB I did not expect to love it as much as I did. Each day that I am in the studio is an absolute blast; the team at ILKB - Thornhill is so welcoming and actually care about everyone that walks into the door. I am so grateful to be a part of the ILKB family!
