What started out as a small automotive repair shop owned and operated by Howard Mercer has grown into a full service, family owned collision repair facility. In fact, that original shop is still in operation as part of our newly renovated, modern facilities.     Great service

    I got into a car accident and got my car repaired at SAC. The team at SAC treated me with the utmost respect and completed all of the work done on my car within a reasonable amount of time. The best service I could have hoped for!

    We get our car undercoated here and always get excellent service. We've also ordered some nice rims and tires and they even painted our calipers for us! Very nice staff and quick service.

    They did a great ...

    They did a great job fixing my little fender-bender! Also changed my oil while the car was there...fantastic time saver, and great prices compared to some local shops! Definitely will return there!

    Very Poor Customer Service

    I was about to get some work done on my car and we were sitting in the managers office discussing prices when we made a comment on how expensive everything was. He then said "It's cars,get over it!" My boyfriend then said we could take our business elsewhere as we found him to be rude. Then he exploded with anger chasing us out of the building yelling, swearing and claiming we called him a liar when we said no such thing. I dont feel that suggesting going elsewhere warranted this service and I would never suggest others to use this business.
