We hired this guy in 2013 to do a full length stamp patio in our backyard. First of all we, wanted a curved S patio which ended up looking like a heart shape, poorly done! The result, there were puddles everywhere and the slope was pronounced. They agreed to work with us but when the time came, they disappeared. We did file compliant with BBB but it was never resolved cause they never responded. He talks a big game, having tons of experience but I know better.
Poor workmanship and customer service. I had these guys large my house last year and they did a lacklustre job. They didn't even finish what I had asked them to do. They left a mess that I had to clean up after them. When I tried to reach them about finishing the job they disappeared. I contacted the BBB about them but unfortunately they aren't recognized so RJM isn't obligation to reply to my complaint. This should be your cue to flip the page and keep looking.
