Sales and installation were fine. However, a few months after our purchase we called about an issue with our new microwave oven. The service man who called us was incredibly rude to the point where, absent an apology from the company, we do not feel comfortable dealing with them any more. Very sad.
Just a short experience but unpleasant It seems this company is so insecure about their ability to be a quality supplier that they insist that you must order any parts from them before they will give you the part number of the part you are in need of. Be careful that utter nonsense could cause you to get the wrong part and you would be left to clean up their mess. Really stupid policy
Needed a new dishwasher.... Salesman was very knowledgeable about their products. My machine was in my house and installed in the same week that I first started shopping for a new one.... Appreciate it as we are afar paced and busy family.... Hated not having my dishwasher!
Called them to fix my freezer. Stopped by my place, told me it can't be fixed for cheaper than buying a brand new one. Charged me $90 for the service. He was here for 5 minutes. Are you serious?
Great Customer Service! My new dishwasher wasn't cleaning properly. They came out quickly and as it turns out it was my fault, the way the dishwasher was installed. No charge for the service call!
Horrible experience, terrible service. Have to wait the fridge for more than one month vs two weeks promised. The oven broke down only after two month, had to wait for 3 weeks for a part, which ended up being wrong one!!!The staff showed complete lack of care for the customer and suggested that no refunds and no returns are available; and that we should deal directly with manufacture without bothering them!
