Unprofessional, incompetent and cannot take responsibility for their actions. My install still does not work. They used electrical tape to terminate wires together instead of proper connectors causing interference when listening to the radio. Had to take out the radio to plug in and run the wire for the microphone myself.

We asked the customer to come back to get it fixed. Using electrical tape is not a sign of bad install. Its one of the best methods until this day. We do use the best quality electrical tape in the market. Also we asked the customer to come back to get his full refund on the install but he refused. The head unit was used and being put on the floor. The customer did not mention anything about installing the mic. As a business we do not go through customers cars for the privacy reason. We asked to get the mic installed again but the customer refused. We used all the customer service skills to get this manner fixed but the customer keep refusing.
