Overall I felt that I was neglected, left uninformed and treated as not a priority. The work that was supposed to be done was not done properly or thoroughly, and I never received accurate communication regarding the repairs inventory, the time it would take, or even the calls back at the times they said they would. We were travellers passing through and the brakes of our VW van broke. At auto works they expedited the order of the new parts.
We are grateful for their customer service, speedy delivery of service and expert knowledge. This may have come at a premium cost, but due to the quickness of their service, it was well worth it. Very satisfied with their work. (canadian tire said it would take 7 days, and it took them 2days).
