I have lived in this area for 10 years and this is the worse service I have experienced in the drive thru section, 4 times they got my order wrong, the 4th time at the window, I double checked if they got my order right, at the pick up window, I opened my salad I got lettuce and chicken, I ordered a ceasar salad, the staff lack training, they don't know how to deliver exceptional service, management is non-existent, they place needs proper staffing. Am sick of it am not going back. I don't care.
