Took my watch for new battery, lady staff was pleasant,had to leave watch because tech wasn't there, returned next day to pick up watch, told me hadn't seen it yet would replace battery then, cost was almost $30.00, which was alot, compared to other places, doubt will return there in future.
After purchase associate take the product to the back room with explanation to get box for jewelry and cleaning product.Than she came back put the product to the box in front of you.This kind of behavior generate suspicious. If she is going to get box why she takes diamond jewelry to the back room? Looks very inconsistent.
