HIRE PEOPLE WHO SPEAK ENGLISH AND WHO DON'T TREAT CUSTOMERS LIKE GARBAGE JUST BECAUSE THEY'RE HAVING A BAD DAY .... thats what this is all about, customer service ... It's not a drivethru for gods sake.
