    I used to frequent this place and get the all day special for $9, now it is $10 and you get half the amount. Tonight's chips tasted like they were cooked yesterday and the cold gravy had no flavour. I won't be going back.

    I used to love th...

    I used to love this place, and kept hoping it would improve again but have now decided I'll just never go there again. Besides the absolutely disgusting customer service, lately the food has been rushed and half cooked or left too long to go cold. Heaven forbid they don't recognize you as a regular, if they don't you're bound to experience the worst customer service I've seen yet. After waiting for over ten minutes to even be acknowledged I asked a simple question about one of their meals that I've never ordered before and was treated like it was common knowledge and I should already know. Anyways, I'll never eat here again.

    Horrible service, Horrible management.

    Rude Customer Service, Great Fish and chips, Horrible management and waitress's. Cannot do job correctly and cannot provide proper customer service and act accordingly. Lack of ability to do simple task's such as stamping a promotional fish and chip card. Lack of trust being told that they are fake and inaccurate when they are the ones who provided the stamp and did not do it correctly. And multiple times I have been here and assisted their cashier in correctly charging me the right amount instead of me stealing there money. At the end of the day, they make good food but provide bad service and unhappy waitresses. Customer is lost here, and my friends as well.
