They guarantee that the quote on the phone will be honoured and no haggling with the tow truck driver when he is about to hook up your vehicle. So this car needed a flatbed and has no catalytic converter. All this was revealed, discussed and approved by owner on phone. Tow truck comes. Driver offers $150. I say no haggling allowed. Call owner. He says negotiate with the driver. No. Fraud.
