This staff cares!! This is my regular vet for my dog and I take stray and feral cats to be neutered and spayed. They give me a 10% discount for charitable visits. I recommend this clinic.
If you value your pets life DO NOT BRING THEM HERE
My 11mth Yorky-Lhasa Apso, Nova had recieved her shots and check-ups at this vet because it was conveniently located. Today I noticed Nova was acting very odd and upon inspection realized she had consumed toxins from the garbage (possibly including chocolate, cofffee grinds, etc.). I immediately rushed her to this vet at 317 Sheppard Av. East. only to be told they were too busy to see us, advising me to take Nova to the vet down the street (Sheppard and Willowdale). I explained to Nova's vet that he was in fact her regular vet but he reiterated that he was too busy with what appeared to be routine check-ups (this I assumed as the other owners had nonchalant looks on their faces and their pets were beside them, on leashes as opposed to carrying them, as [again I assume] would be the case in an emergency situation). I lost valuable time bringing my beloved puppy here during a critical moment in her life where time was not to be wasted. I will never make that mistake again, and I hope that after reading this, neither will you.
