Bought an expensive starter for my truck just under five hundred ,never took it out of the box then wanted to return it.Was told that starters are not refundable ,nice kick in the teeth I will never return

Maybe it's too much to ask for, but when a cashier doesn't acknowledge you, say "hi" or "thank you" or "good bye," it's pretty sad. I will not return ever to this business. Plus they sold me a poor product and had no sympathy for me when i let them know.
