This was the absolute worst pizza I have ever had. Tough pizza dough was impossible to cut through. Not much cheese and dried mushrooms. Service was awful. She wore dark sunglasses and never smiled or spoke. I shall not return.

When arrived restaurant was almost empty but the genius hostess decided that we would stand there for literally 6 minutes to wait for this large group to leave, Eventualy we got bored and pushed our way through and seated ourselves. So that was ridiculous then ordered nachos and some bread thing, they managed to burn both some how. Then was insane and returned again as they advertised $4 appetizers, turns out they have a seperate menu for that occasion, they were all different, small portions and tasted like asphalt, check that greasy asphalt. Oh and also took 40 mins for 3 apps, group behind us i overheard complaining that they had waited an hour for their entree,
Soooo do not go there due to awful food, not being able to cook said awful food, terrible wait times, incompetent staff and fake $4 appetizers.
I'm a local and growing up was always a fan of Mick & Angelos! The food was always decent(not spectacular but always good). The problem is that it seems as though greed took over and the quality has dropped a bit! The last time i visited(and i will never go back) the prices were outta this world. I mean bad for what ur getting....I would not recommend this restaurant! There are plenty of other great local bars and restaurants that have much better pricing and a more hospitable atmosphere! Sorry micks i think u did it to yourselves.....
I remember bringing my family to Mick n Angelo's before and enjoying the food and atmosphere. Things have changed. The food took forever, came out cold and disgusting. The sauce tasted like it came out of a can. Even the atmosphere is much less inviting as it used to be. I did feel bad for the server, who was friendly enough but seemed to be used to guest complaints. I will never bring my family there again.
I went with my boyfriend who ordered the 10 oz steak, however I ordered the nachos (which is a huge, huge platter). I've been coming to this restaurant for years just for their nachos which are soooo amazing! He said the steak was very good and flavorful. The nachos were amazing as usual. Only downside was the waitress was a bit slow with service. Other than that, great!
