    If I could give t...

    If I could give them a zero I would. Brought them my ipad, screen lifted after a week, screen felt hollow and eventually cracked. Went back in, they took forever and superglued it screwing up my volume switch and wifi! Brought it to a reputable repair place and found that they do not use genuine parts and do not properly install screens. Not to mention their timelines and follow up are lousy. NEVER do business with these people as this was an expensive lesson to learn

    They replaced the...

    They replaced the glass on an ipod 4 for me and a short time later the glass was lifting and developed cracks in it. When I asked about warranty they said it's not covered, because they would be out the price of the broken glass(not sure how that's my problem when they screwed up the installation) They offered to replace it again at a discounted price of $10, which was the amount of the current promotion they had running anyways.
