Told this is common because of the inventory shortage ⭐️ Promised a new car ? Notified a deep scratch 1 day before delivery ? Told this is common before delivery ? Still 100% new, still prestine

Had my Mazda towed in as it wouldn’t start. I was told it had a seized starter and it would take 3 days for the part at $600. I agreed and called after the 3 days and was informed it would take an additional 7 days to get the part. I pulled the vehicle out and sent it to an independent garage. They replaced the battery and it’s been fine for the last 2 weeks. Terrible mechanic, terrible service. I would give them zero stars but it’s not available.

After a couple test drives I told the salesman I was checking out some other dealerships which resulted in getting lectured as he told me he was going to be really angry if I didnt buy from him and he wouldnt offer me a price until I agree to buy from him first. After all was said and done he told me to give him a 5 star review or otherwise he would be fired. I felt intimidated into a purchase and should of taken my business somewhere else.

I just purchased a 2018 Mazda CX-5 from NewRoads Mazda. Sales person Mac had all the answers and was very helpful before and after I purchased the vehicle.

I have picked up my first car 2018 Mazda 3 GS two days ago. I pretty much fell in love with it as soon as I stepped in the dealership and Ambrosio made sure I had a great experience for my first time. He took the time to give me all the information I needed and the vibe in the store just felt so right and friendly. Ambrosio is unbelievably an amazing sales person. Mazda was the first store I came into and I didn’t bother going anywhere else. I couldn’t be any happier with my experience. Catherin
