Simple, tasty Chinese fare for folks on the hunt for a hit of Asian or craving off-hour dim sum. Where else for crack-of-dawn fried squid tentacles? Special mention to the flaky egg tarts.
This place was as filthy then as it is now. Washrooms still remain unclean. murder crime scene are cleaner than this. The waiters kept gawking at us and yelling chinese profanities all night long. This was a terrible dining experience through and through.
Food: The food wasn't too bad, but the quality of everything else makes the food taste bad.
Service:
Their new clientele seems to comprise solely of young foreigners looking for an after-drinking meal. And as such, we were treated very poorly.
I'll be glad to honor their request and never come back!
I've been coming to this place for over 10 years now. It has sustained me for many late nights on the weekends. The food is average to above average, but I've always found the service quick and prompt. The scary part is they recognize me when I go and I recognize them too! Some of the staff has been there for like 15 years. Prices are definitely reasonable and the closing hours are 4:30AM.
This place is known for their cheap dim sum on weekends after 1:30pm. First thing I noticed about this place is the location. I'm never really fond of where it has been located but have been very surprised as how many people actually come. Once being sat down, the dim sum comes out on carts and you pick and choose your liking from fried foods to steamed shrimp dumplings and egg tart desserts. The quality of the food didn't seem to impress me but was adaquate. The egg tarts were amazingly fresh (if you choose your timing well) and is probably one of the better items on their menu. If your not picky about how a place looks but wanted to get some good priced food, I'd recommend coming here. You get your money's worth!
