Come savor a yummy creation at Phoenix Chinese Restaurant. They are open at night Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Sunday and throughout week-ends and are conveniently reachable by car but also by public transit.
The food is reasonable, but the service is totally outrageous. If you get them to help you with your order when they're in a bad mood, you will be HUMILIATED!
This place is good if your standards arent very high, for 6.89 you get a dish plus a drink ( i think their price went up).
Place does seem dirty at times the tables usually feel very sticky and sometimes u can see left over food from the people who had the table before, even after the wiped it for you.
