Absolutely disgusting.......I've been a fan of Swiss Chalet for a long time. This location was dirty, filthy, and the food came cold. A 14 yr old was bar tending, the waiter never checked on us, they were all sitting in a corner laughing and giggling while customers are waiting for service in frustration. WE 3 WERE UNABLE TO EAT THE SO CALLED RIBS,THEY WERE FAT,ANY MEAT WAS UNCHEWABLE.THE FRIES WERE LIMP AND TASTELESS ON ALL 6 DINNERS.I HAVE EATEN IS SWISS CHALET SINCE THEY OPENED AT 234 BLOOR ST WEST.I WISH I COULD CONTACT THE HEAD OFFICE BECAUSE WE PAID OVER $110.00 AND GOT DISGUSTING FOOD(?????).

this resturant service was awesome!!! the service was great, no wait, and the food came just as we liked in under 20 minutes! now thats great for 3 people who ordered and had a large meal! visit this resturant, its great!!
Really impressd with the customer servie. Manager came himself to seat us therefore no wait..and food was served fast. He was quick to say good bye(the manager) as we left. it was nice.
