I have had two dealings with this company, and both were excellent because of Rachael. She knows her business very well and is extremely competent in doing so. I watched her deal with all kinds of personalities, some very tough, and she handled that pressure while maintaining her calm. My emails were returned very quickly. The auctions were organized entirely and with such volume to deal with I thought there would be some confusion, but to my delight, Rachael and her team rose to the occasion
Kevin at Storey's is excellent to deal with the price for our Hobart mixer was price matched and lower than any other site on the internet. He always returned calls and quickly shipped the mixer on a FridayI received it on a Tuesday.The unit was better than I had expected.I would certainly use Storey's again in the future and would recommend this company to anyone wishing to purchase equipment.They were wonderful to deal with one of the best I have had since purchasing equipment in 26 years.
