    THEY CHARGE $125 ...

    THEY CHARGE $125 for A MINUTE! They won't tell you they charge what they called "truck fee" for them to send someone to your place, and they won't tell you that they will charge you one hour labor for just come to look up you Equipment. By saying "look", it literally means that the tech crouch down and look with his eyes for 30 second before he told me that the equipment is not fixable and hand me a $125 bill. If you really want to hire them, make sure that your equipment is fixable.

    All new customers are told by our dispatcher of the charges before a call is booked. They are told about the one hour minimum service charge, the truck charge and any travel charges that will be involved. As far as the equipment not being repairable that can not be determined until the unit is looked at. We do not sell equipment so if we are telling you it's not repairable it would be because of the age of the unit, cost of repairs or unit is obsolete. A customer is always free to ask for an estimate to confirm cost of the repairs and decide for them self's if they want to repair the piece of equipment.
