The staff was very professional, knowledgeable and compassionate. The experience of having to put down my best pal unexpectedly could not have been handled any better. Thank you for your gentle assistance through this difficult process.

Wait time was 4 hrs to see the vet. Left us in a room with no communication for the 4 hrs. Once we were seen by the vet, she was very rude. In fact she was not even apologetic about the wait. Then to top it off we needed medication and it took a half hour for the tech to get that ready. Very dissapointed and will not be back! Truly not very good customer service and I am in customer service. I would recommend this place.

Got great after hours service. Discounts for affiliated vets. Staff is very good at weighing severity of the emergency if you call ahead to see if the problem can wait till your vet opens. Staff was thorough and kept me informed and making decisions every step of the way.

no day emergency coverage

this clinic is specifically after hours..went therein the afternoon with my pup having an allergic reaction.. and got no help.. from the connecting vet either
