I’ve been coming to Creative nails for over 10 yrs. Rose and Andy always greet me by name. The service is always efficient and friendly. They have a very good loyalty to their customers and are professional and conscientious.

The lady doing my nails was not polite at all. She kept hurting my nails, and I was feeling very uncomfortable. I asked her for my nails not to be too long and she cut them too short. They literally look like pink squares on my fingers. I chose a colour and they ended up painting my nails a different colour. Just a mess...
If you get a gift certificate for someone from here, make sure they write on it exactly what you paid for because my mother paid $20 for a shellac manicure certificate and they only wrote manicure on it and I ended up getting charged extra for the shellac even though it had already been paid in full.
I go for mani and pedi often and I have never had such a bad experience as I did at this salon. The man that works here is unable to do a proper pedi or mani. He first lightly scrubs your feet without getting the dry skin off. He then attempts to do your nails without paying attention to your cuticles, and then does a light file on the nails, which does nothing. The mani is worst because he is unable to pay attention to the cuticles, leaving the nails looking unfinished. He then again does not file the nail properly leaving the ends looking rough.
I would never go here again. Worst mani/pedi ever. I would give a 0 star rating.
My daughter, my mother and I go for mani-pedis quite often. The staff is very friendly; Rose and Oahn are our favourites. Sometimes there are language barriers but we always work it out. I highly recommend this nail salon!
