I’ve been coming to Creative nails for over 10 yrs. Rose and Andy always greet me by name. The service is always efficient and friendly. They have a very good loyalty to their customers and are professional and conscientious. I highly recommended this nail salon. Very hard working people.

The lady doing my nails was not polite at all. She kept hurting my nails, and I was feeling very uncomfortable. I asked her for my nails not to be too long and she cut them too short. They literally look like pink squares on my fingers. I chose a colour and they ended up painting my nails a different colour. Just a mess...

Have been going to this establishment for over a year!!! Everyone is so pleasant, kind and friendly! Rose is the best!!!! Nancy

If you get a gift certificate for someone from here, make sure they write on it exactly what you paid for because my mother paid $20 for a shellac manicure certificate and they only wrote manicure on it and I ended up getting charged extra for the shellac even though it had already been paid in full.
