Save yourself some trouble
We had an agreement as to how the job would look when it was complete for a given price but it seems the job involved more than he originally figured on so I was told I would have to accept an incomplete job for the agreed on price. We all have to make a living but I wonder if he refunds when a job goes better than expected. I'm sure there are better options available. Thank you
