Josh A . Great Contractor!!!!!

We had some A/C issues and called J&S to have the problem assessed.We booked the appointment and Josh A showed up on time. He diagnosed the problem and gave me a couple of options to work with. Josh took the time to answer all my questions in terms that i could understand we found him to be very knowledgeable and generally cared about our current situation.Josh prepared a quote and went over it in detail with me. I felt confident that he was able to fix the problem so we booked the job.

Josh came to our home the other day to give us a report on our furnace. We moved in to a very old house and wanted an honest evaluation. Josh was polite, efficient and arrived on time! He gave me a thrall report on the condition of our furnace along with this observations and suggestions. He took the time to explain what needed to be done and why. He also let me know what would be a priority and why. He left me with a detailed written summary. I will use J&S again.

Really good customer service, quick appointment times and they were on time. I would recommend this company and would use them again.

Repair was satisf...

Repair was satisfactory cut cost was extremely high. Did not have the required part and had to go and get one. Now have the nerve to send me a coupon for a $75 Friends and Family Discount but this "Excludes dispatch and service fees" so I can't see the use of it. I will not use again or recommend.

Best plumbing service in Newmarket by far. I've had two other plumbing companies in here and they were the only ones to actually fix the issue. I would recommend them.
