Comfortable staff and respectful honest treatment from Dr. Dom Rosati

This Doctor is the best my wife and I ever had. With his clinics he is always available. He is on top of issues and works tirelessly to get everyone seen as quick as he can.

Office is FILTHY, other patients files are left out for others to see. Scribbles notes on scrap papers and never enters them into an electronic system. Had to be reminded numerous times of medications interacting with eachother. Big pill pusher. Doesnt see patients for referral to actual dr/specialists or for actual examinations, just to prescribe more medications. Staff is extemely rude and inefficient. More like an OW/ODSP clinic than actual medical office. Have reported this dr twice

Amazing Dr., The man works endlessly for his patients.

Dr. Rosati is an Amazing doctor. He has helped me & my husband countless times. I have refered family, neighbours & co workers & he has taken them all. His staff is wonderfull & he has different specialist in his office offering a wide range of help from infants to the elderly. He also has a pharmacy on site. I will never go anywhere else because Dr. Rosati is the Best Family Doctor Hamilton has...... Thank you & congratulations on your 30th Anniversary of serving our community. Robbin

He's been pretty ...

He's been pretty good for the most part, but lately I have had a problem with him. I asked him for a referral to CAMH because of a problem that is affecting my family, and after 5 weeks he still hasn't faxed the referral to CAMH. I don't understand why it's taking this long. As for wait times, he has clinics on Saturday mornings and Wednesday evenings, except the first Wednesday of the month. Usually when I show up, there are 15-20 people already there ahead of me in line.
