For a restaurant that has such amazing food and...

For a restaurant that has such amazing food and beautiful decor you would think that they'd work on their service. We sat in there for a half and hour and no one looked at us. We were completely ignored until we got up and got their attention. Many others around us were clearly having the same problem. Tables were not clean, ours was still sticky! We constantly had to remind them to bring us eating utensils and although we mention every time for extra sauce they never fail to forget. The food is worth going back but their service is whats stopping us.

it's brand new! hence the service is a bit...

it's brand new! hence the service is a bit off...but i'm sure that will get better as they get a little more organized. they are making a good effort though! food was excellent, but if you're vegetarian/vegan or have allergies, you have to ask about dishes with fish/seafood sauce. this is true of any restaurant, but it wasn't made very clear to me what i could have on the menu. maybe having a separate menu or having it clearly marked on the menu would have made ordering less complicated. overall...a neat new place in hamilton with yummy food!
